They stopped the trains but the paint just jumped from the tracks to the trucks. I love that this is on the go and out in the sunlight too. I found it somewhere along 5th ave in Manhattan. There's a shout out to SACE who recently died of a drug overdose and who I also happened to see on the amtrak along the stretch between NYC and Philly
